Deathcap bug

I played a game on ARAM with friends and we both got AP champions, I built deathcap, so as my friend. But we found out that the bomus AP from the deathcap is zero. Also, I spectated some other games, the bugs happens in summoner's rift as well.

tooltip bug, we've known for weeks.

Still applies the 30%, just doesn't show on tooltip.

hahaha it's just the tool tip not working? I totally thought the whole thing was bugged
