Glitched line

I have no clue if this is happening to anyone else but whenever I have the spell Smite set on for Jungling, I end up with a white line glitching and spazzing across my screen all game. Before I thought it was just a one time glitch, but it's every game when I use smite. I would love for it to be fixed.
