CLIENT Bug, Champion Select Double Pick

I was in Champion Select with a vayne and lucian on the other two picks on the enemy team. The Lucian kept switching between Lucian and Nasus, then at almost a split second before their timer was up, they switched back to Lucian, with Vayne still being the other pick. Me and the person below me were both stuck, unable to pick another champion, it displayed that the other two people, again the Vayne and Lucian, were still picking. We waited out the timer and then it kicked me from the lobby and penalized me saying I did not select a champion when I was unable to select one.
