[Gameplay] In Dominion, Intermediate Coop vs AI bots don't itemize beyond three items

In the first image, I played a custom with all beginner bots on my team and all intermediate bots on the opposing side, and you can clearly see the itemization differences at 20 minutes. I am very certain it is not because income discrepancies between the two teams; the bots should have enough gold to purchase more items at certain points in time regardless of personal scores. Sometimes the bots reach four or five items in their builds when building components for a higher tier item, but their "end-game" builds always consist of three, with boots always taking one slot and a Prospectors taking another if the bot had bought one.

The second image is just the result of a standard Coop vs AI dominion game. Again, the bots only have three items (with one exception) and also during the course of the game had very odd build paths and itemization (Galio built two Kindlegems, reached a five item build, and he never finished an item with Kindlegem as a component).

I'm not sure if this is all intentional by design, but due to intermediate bots' itemization, they are less threatening than beginner bots as the length of the game goes on. This is inconsequential in the long run but I would not mind intermediate bots being a bit more challenging by virtue of having appropriate items.

I've been finding this is the standard operating procedure for most of the older champion bots, particularly on maps other than Summoner's Rift.

Relatively newer champion bots, particularly Lucian (always), Darius (the rare ones that remember they have like...abilities...to use) and Renekton (when paired with other smarter bots) seem to be able to surpass this crippling limitation. I've even seen exceptions with among some of the old timers (Ryze, Annie, Ashe) as well, though this tends to be when they've been incessantly fed early game (typically by an even dumber bot pretending to be a player).
