J4 Ult no damage glitch
When ulting a dashing enemy, why does J4 does no damage? The ult lands as soon as the enemy dashes. which mean the enemy is outside of the ult but the ult landed. No damage. No damage glitch?

J4's ult does damage to everyone inside the circle. Apparently it's possible to escape that area before he lands, and thus avoid the damage.
If they flash before the ult lands, they take no dmg. So mobility abilities like dashes should work the same too I believe.
