No Rp/Be updated in my new PBE account

I have created my PBE account 3 days before, but I have no Rp or Be in my account, I have tried many ways posted online such as trying to buy something at store, but it does't work. I know it is a commom problem, but did anyone get fixed? TY*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*
