[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q and R becoming unusable after death until reconnect.

I was playing Sion yesterday and had a massive bug that really caused problems for my team. I was under mid turret, they were diving, and I was spamming abilities. I have no idea what exactly I was hitting before I died, but I went into my passive and ended up pushing them off. After respawning, my Q and R became completely unusable. This wasn't one of those "invisible cooldown" glitches that I've gotten before, but a bug rendering my Q and R unusable permanently, since I waited the length of their cooldowns to check just in case. I even tried dying to baron to see if it would fix the glitch, but it didn't. I had to completely leave the game and reconnect for it to be fixed.
