[Gameplay] Typhoon Claws

I was playing Fiora in a game, and after I bought the typhoon claws I realized that the animation wasn't going off. Near the end, our Kalista bought it too, and I don't think it was going off either (not positive about it). I'm not sure if just the animation isn't working or if it isn't doing the damage at all. I didn't check for that, but I know for a fact that something wasn't working right.
