Black Screen After Champ Select - Have To Restart League

SO after champ select is over and we're going in to the load screen, I sometimes don't go to the loading screen but get a black screen instead, after about 20 seconds I get the message saying to check my connection etc (you know the one), and ofc my connection is absolutely fine and not the problem, anyway this results in me having to completely close league and open it again, sometime I have to restart multiple times, puts me behind in game more than you think, especially as a jungler. I know other people have this problem because I've seen it here before (without a solution). Maybe someone will notice it this time and help us out because ITS REALLY FUCKING PISSING ME OFF NOW >.>
