Once boots are upgraded. You can buy more than one. I bought two Berserker Greaves. Which isn't a problem like it use to be. Since we have a Refund/Undo option.

I just remember a friend of mine when he first started. He would buy all boots. Because he thought he got more movement speed + Bonuses from them.

ALSO - How do I submit a general bug ticket now with all these new changes? I feel completely lost on the new website -_- I want the old one back...

Not really worried about it. Since you cannot purchases 2 boots of speed. I was just thinking this may be a bug since they were changing things with enchantments re-purchases and things of that sort.

I'm just thinking of the new players. Who might still try to stack upgraded boots.

People who try to stack boots may as well try to stack Zhonya's too. It's exactly the same. They are ignorant on the "unique" part.
