Not getting summoner icon from playing a role in Team Builder

I've played like 10 games using the "Support" Role in Team Builder but I'm not getting any progress towards unlocking the Support icon. I screwed around in most of my 10 games using champions like Twisted Fate and picking the Support role. Then I noticed that I wasn't getting a "Congratulations" notification after my games showing me my progress towards the Support icon, so I played a game using Thresh where the recommended role is Support, bot lane and yet again I got no notifications showing my progress.

I've checked my icons multiple times, and I did not find the Support icon in there.

+1 I can't get any of the icons since the patch.

I should have just gotten my Tank one, but nothin yet... And they still owe me a IP boost, or the IP from that match...

I have gotten 3 of the 6 and I have completed at least 5 games for the other 3 roles (assassin, mage, fighter) but have not recieved my icons. I'm unsure why but the delay has been longer than 3 days.

I can't get the Tank and Support icons because i never get the pop up, but all others worked fine for me.

So I tried getting the Tank role icon using jax (where the recommended is Fighter instead of Tank), and noticed that for 3 games, it gave me a Congratulations notice but then starting from 4th game on got nothing. Cannot get my Tank icon either now.

got to agree with all of you guys. i been trying to get all the icon as well, after 50+games played there is no icon. sucked at 4/5 (mage, tank) working on other roles right now. I have already issued a ticket to riot, waiting for their answers.

same been trying for the assasin icon but as of late i got to 3 or 4 got the congratz thing but nothing after and i main assasin as shaco so it fits the roll any help wud b appreciated :)

Guys, has this problem been solved? Both my friend and I cant get the icons anymore. I have 3 icons, and i wanted to get my fighter icon now, but for some reason, i dont get any progress on it, no matter how many matches with that role i played. Same goes for my friend and support icon, or pretty much, any icon. Can this be fixed?
