On the ARAM map, there is a special bug including Draven, KIndred, and Zilean one one team and Swainn on the other. First, the Draven gets low and Zilean ults him. Draven goes into the revive animation, and then Kinred ults on top of him. Draven will end up reviving with ONE hp. Very rare, but its a bug anyways. The image displays Dravens HP after coming out of the zilean ult and after a bit of healing.
That's an interesting interaction. I'd say what happens is Kindred's ult is preventing champs from entering some "critical" zone, between 1 and X HP, creating a 2-way "safeguard" that's preventing champ health from going down from above critical...but also up from what it considers "below" critical, stopping at 1 because of rounding. If the rounding was slightly different it might stop at 0 and negate the ult altogether, so I'd say Draven is lucky. Riot should definitely fix that.
This is not a bug, it's intended. Kindred's ultimate prevents anyone from falling below 10% of their max HP. However, it also prevents anyone who has reached 10% or less of their max HP from being healed, and Zilean's ultimate is coded as a heal.
So, if someone is in the revive animation from Zilean's ultimate, and a Kindred uses her ultimate so that the champion reviving is in it, they will still revive, but Kindred's ultimate will negate the healing from Zilean's ultimate, so they will revive with only 1 HP.
