Xin stop auto atack random
[GAMEPLAY] I played first game as xin after patch, and sometimes he just stop atack, minions in jungle or players, i have the same options like before patch with autoatacking

Yes it's new. Just made a thread here about Ashe. Doing the same thing with her twice in one game. Both times after pressing Q. This has never happened to me before.
Its not an old bug this is happening after the 7.6 patch, the champion after using an ability or auto attacking stand still for about 2-3 seconds doing nothing. after this continue attacking the target. this champion is unplayable right now.
Same thing is happening to Shyvana, spaghetti code
This is an old bug. His auto attacks are really easy to cancel.
