Essence and Rp - Bug

Hello . I want to share one bug with my essence and rp . When i sell some champ from level or honor capsule , this essence which i must get , don't come to my essence . Before 2 months , i had the same bug but was different - i could to get essence and sell champs without problem . When i sell a champ , i don't know why , my essence and rp are changed like the picture always the same numbers of rp and my essence . I can't to buy nothing and that is not my real essence and rp . When i sell champ , my essence its coming like the picture with too much numbers- to my bug essence maybe and i can't spend it for nothing . Its unreal essence and rp . When i reload the game I can to see my real essence and rp but the problem is - i can to spend it and buy champs or some things , but i can't to get more essence from playing again . My real essence is 1649 but its like bug too - always finish of number 9 and never don't rise , always down . From selling a champs , from playing , nothing can't to make that essence to high up . I sent reports for that but ..still waiting . Please help me with that bug i will appreciate it .
