7.10 Shaco Clone bugs (sunfire dmg and possibly deadman's plate)

Deadman's plate: if you have 100 stacks of momentum and you ult, your clone spawns with 0 stacks.

Sunfire cape: Sunfire cape is only dealing 50% of dmg instead of 75%.

• at lvl 13 sunfire is supposed to deal 24 dmg per tick. 72 to minions (with 0 armor/mr), but clone was only dealing 36 dmg to minions. which is half of 72.
