[GAMEPLAY] Sona's E (Song of Celerity) Particles Clip Over Her Hair

When playing with the DJ Sona skin, her particles showing bonus movespeed from her E clip over her hair and look squarish and bad. Not gamebreaking obviously but its important to look good :)
