[GAMEPLAY] Aniva egg not working

Have not been able to reproduce. I died to ignite when I retreated up to the aram summoner platform while the egg was up. I know that if you die to the opponents summoner turret that the egg/ga/zil ult will not stop death. I was wondering if this was just an area around both turrets where such deaths did not trigger any of the rebirth effects or if this was a legit bug with aniva egg.
