Client Using Old Client

So, my client seems to be using the old version, and I can't seem to get it back to the original. The buttons on the bottom right is nonfunctional too, so I can't simply ignore it. What are the steps to get it fixed? I tried switching from NA to OCE and back to NA, but still didn't work.
