Okay when i went to choose a champion to play i saw bard. I have not bought bard nor was i gifted him. when i go to the store i still get a buy option and it says i cant buy skins for him because i didn't buy him yet i can play him. lastly no he was not free to play my friend did not have him him i did
Yeah, I have that too. It says he is on the free-rotation. Its not a bug, its just a little slip-up on Riot's part. He was suppose to be in the next Free-Rotation, but he is suppose to be disabled, so they said that Leona would take his place until he was ready, and then he would be put on the Free Rotation. My guess is, Riot screwed up and finished fixing him early, and put him on the wrong Free-Rotation (not that it matters, the old one is about to change).
