30 fps cap since the latest patch...

HONESTLY. My cap is 30 early game, and late game it goes down to like... 20? (with medium settings, low settings are 35 and 25 or something.) I had 150-170 fps with my settings at MAX before, now I have to play on medium to get 30 fps? What even is happening RIOT? Seriously fix your game. And I even wrote to RIOT- response is the typical: "Update your drivers maybe, and try our hextech repair tool! Logs, logs, logs!" Oh sure Riot, because that helped me so much.

The game really isn't that fun anymore because of it.

I can't even PING without getting a huge lag spike. I click g and drag, lag spike incoming.

When will you decide to fix your game? For real...
