[CLIENT] Clash second game resets summoners to flash and heal unable to change

In clash last weekend i played a total of 4 games 2 of them not being able to change summoner spells. The first game lobby worked as usual. In both of the second games the lobby was full of black space and no champion picks were shown in the middle.

When klicking the summonerspells to change them it only opened a black slate with nothing to change to. I tried alt-tabs and clicking everywhere on the black space with no result. (https://imgur.com/a/0aHIa3a)
