Random Ward Skin

Hello, I have recently acquired a random ward skin from the the missions i did on the "Pool Party Event". I got this surfing penguin ward from my random ward chard. However, when i check, its not there. May someone please fix this? It happen also to my random emote, but luckily when i closed league and reopened it, it was there. My emote was Tyrant Urf.
