all abilities stopped working 45 minutes into a game

i was about 45 minutes into my second placement game, playing as pantheon. after a skirmish in the jungle all my abilities stop working. i tried messing with the quick cast settings, and even left the game and came right back cause nothing would work. we lost 3 minutes later because all i could do was auto attack as pantheon in a late game team fight. it happened in my placement game too, so im incredibly pissed. ive seen so many bugs on this game the last 6 months that im very close to quitting playing league.
