Amumu Ult Effect lasting after death

Amumu, on the enemy team, came to gank the bot lane. Yi counter ganked and Amumu ulted a second before he died. Afterwards the outer circle of runes stayed on the ground pulsing with light. I'd show you a replay, but for some reason the client didn't record my game, maybe another bug.
