Survey Bug

I received an email by Riot asking me to complete a survey. This was the 3rd question asked and I can only assume that these choices were created randomly but not intended for it to come out this way. I can't imagine how the team in charge of this could receive credible feedback if other users taking the survey were asked if they would rather pay 900% more for an awesome skin or not.
