Client has crashed multiple times while starting a game, game now issuing me leaver penalties

Several times now, the game while attempting to load, has fatally failed, causing me to need to fully restart my computer and reconnect. Thankfully in my most recent one, my team was super supportive despite this taking nearly 5 minutes to fix even after the game started. This is not cool, and players really should not be blamed for client crashes.
