[GAMEPLAY] [IMPORTANT] Fiora has at least 2 bugs (+1 that is probably more generic)

I play much with the new Fiora and i really like her new abilities, but i have noticed some bugs that are pretty annoying.

• First what occurred to me one time (but it was very annoying) is that when i went in with her q in gangplank's face, she somehow froze like she was "air-surfing" and i couldn't use auto attacks, only move, and gangplank killed me. I don't have internet problems or low-end pc so i am sure it wasn't my fault. That bug is similar to when Rengar in Dominion was consuming the buff at the center of the map and he was also "air-surfing" and couldn't attack.

• After my death from gangplank and when i revived i noticed i couldn't use teleport. It wasn't on cooldown just grey out. Another person had the same bug with tahm kench and flash.

• Another bug i have noticed several times (about 3 i think) is that i ulty an opponent i definitely inflict him damage and he dies ( for example from a teammate) my ulty's heal doesn't proc. the first time it occurred, it happened so fast that i thought i maybe didn't manage to hit him before dying from my teammates. But it happened another 2 times and i was sure there is something going on. But all three times it happened during large fights where there is chaos so i can't give you more info. Maybe, just maybe, (it is a guess) that my autos or q didn't smash any of the vitals around him (which would make it the fountain of the bug, because there shouldn't be a way when you hit him and at least one of his 4 vitals doesn't get hit) so the game took it as the opponent hadn't be damaged by me. In all cases my ulty didn't had timed out for sure.
