Client Mac client shows league of legends symbol then gives a error message

My league of legends was working fine 12 hours ago, I wake up and it stopped working. I am on mac 10.8.3 and the league of legends symbol shows up then says an unspecified error has occured. My league of legends is in my application folder and my internet is working fine. I dont know what is going on. My league of legends somehow deleted itself, it dissapeared from my computer. It is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help me.
