Re-Rolled 3 Skins for a Perm --> Got Whistler Village Twitch, but didn't own Twitch

After re-rolling three skins, I got the Whistler Village Twitch which is a really good skin, though I didn't own Twitch. So then I just quickly bought Twitch and bought the skin with 250 orange essence (or something). It said it unlocked it (I mean, the orange essence was worth it even though it was a re-roll for a perm). I checked the Twitch skins and it wasn't there. Is this a bug? Also, I really want that skin, and it just didn't appear.

3150 IP for Twitch, 3 skin shards, and 250 orange essence = down the drain rn...I know I got it, and bought everything just for it. I checked with a Custom game by myself, and it wasn't there. Rito please help :(
