Azir passive

So I have been playing a lot of Azir lately. When I was running from the other team holding right click to move and slightly moved it over the turret that I did not want to use my passive on. It triggered and rebuilt it with me dying in the process. This has happened to me countless of times. Now with me seeing Zilean's "quality-of-life change". Made me want to come and ask for a Azir change to were you have to click the turret to use your passive. Thank you for your time.
