Just lost 60 LP and now have 10:00 queue penalty from Leaverbuster from "leaving" games.

So i don't know what's going on with the servers. I thought it was just something on my end, but I was watching people streaming League with no issues so I kept trying to play some ranked. As the title states, I have accrued some huge losses and penalties. Can I get this reverted? Or am I just going to have to be screwed over.
