[Client] Cannot Purchase Anymore Runes?

So I own almost every single rune. However now when I try

to purchase runes it gives me the message "AN

ERROR HAS OCCURRED, You have attempted to purchase or

already own more than the maximum amount for this

item." I don't own these runes, i'm

certain i don't. It gives me this message with any

runes I try to buy now. I don't need these runes but

i'd really like to own them all. Is this because I bought

to many runes? Or because I tried purchasing all the level 2

runes as well? Is this suppose to happen? There are only 14

lvl 3 runes I don't own and 7 level 2 I don't own.
