Loading Patch Bug

So i was loading the patch while I was logged into my account. Then there was connection prob and it said league needed to exit. Now i could see tht the play had popped up in the background indicating that the patch was done, so i confidently clicked exit. When I opened league, the patch was at 0% again. This happened twice and now im on my third try. My computer is slow at downloading the patch and it has already been 1 hour of just loading league. Is this just my comp prob, or is there a bug????????
