[GAMEPLAY] Viktor bug where he can't fully upgrade.

Dear Riot,

I was playing Viktor (In a Teambuilder so I'm not mad) and I found a bug. When I bought my last upgrade, Perfect Hex Core , I accidentally clicked "Ctrl Q" twice which, for some reason, put the upgrade in my q, and the other upgrade disappeared. I checked if it was a visual bug, and it wasn't. My W wasn't bringing people in the middle, and my Ultimate was not as fast as it should have been. It's not a huge deal, as people do not click Ctrl Q twice often.

• That was the email I sent here is the step by step on how to reproduce it.
  1. Get your Hex Core MK-1 and upgrade your "E".
  2. Next you upgrade your Hex Core up to the Perfect Hex Core and click "Ctrl Q" twice really fast.
• That's just what I did I don't know if it will reproduce the bug.
