I'm stuck in a reconnect loop , please HELP !

I am currently stuck in a reconnect loop , it happened when the chat was disconnected today and i tried to play a game and it wouldn't let me . Now I'm stuck in a reconnect loop and I can't do anything about it . Can someone please help me ? kind of desperate here .....
