Hextech chests not dropping.
Just got an S rank on Braum and no chest drop. I'm eligible for 4/4 chest drops but didn't get one. Is this some kind of scam to make us want to buy them? If so shame on you Riot.

another thing about the chests was that they only drop once per champ you play per season, so if you already got a chest from a game where you played braum, you won't get another one until next year i think? i forgot this stipend until some googling, and also i don't think there's any way to find out which champs you've unlocked chests with in the client?
seems to be lacking some of league's beloved clarity if you ask me :/
