sivir shield bug?

in my last game as sivir, i noticed that shielding during a miss fortune's "make it rain" have no effect at all, the slow is applied and no mana was gained. also shielding a thresh flay about 1 second before the flay was cast have an issue where the flay was blocked and mana was gained, but the knock up was still applied. i haven't been looking too deeply in to the champs ablities, but i thought these were worth mentioning.

same thing happend here with rumbles fire. Rumble summoner 14

Anything that deals damage over time in an AoE, like Miss Fortune's E or Rumble's Q, don't get blocked by Sivir's Spell Shield, or by Nocturne's or Banshee's Veil.
