Dreadnova Darius missing sounds and voice

Just as the title says the Dreadnova Darius skin is bugged. Opened it yesterday and immediately went to play a game with it. Many of the skins sounds are super low volume and the rest are just missing.

Every Darius skin with base VO is bugged and missing sounds, I contacted a Rioter on Twitter and he said that next patch it will be fixed.

Last I checked, Jhin was having the same problem.
