[Gameplay] Delayed Skill Shots

When I was playing in the top lane against a , as per my usual strategy: poke them down to where I was confident enough to win an all in fight so I can push my lane. It was then I noticed when I tried to poke him with skill shots, that I had to click my mouse two to four times before it would fire off. At the time, I thought it was just my mouse, but when I went to click on the shop as soon as I backed, the shop appeared after just one click. This costed me to lose my lane hard as my lane opponent started diving me at level three or four, I put it off as a single game problem so I played another game after as . This problem recurred when I tried to pro my gap closer and ult, costing me as a support to fail on multiple accounts to get my adc more kills and become under fed. I solved the problem by turning on quick cast so I could play normally in more games, I don't know if more people have had experience with this type of problem, but I know that it is not my mouse.
