Yorick and Cait allegedly did over 200k damage in a 19 minute game. I was full tank Voli and it says I did over 100k damage.

I just had the same. In my game it was Yorick and Morde:

Yorick's ult makes you deal 100k true damage to yourself when it wears off, which gets counted during match statistics as damage dealt to champions, since you are a champion and you're damaging yourself.
Had this too, yorick damage to champions listed over 400k, took a screen shot because I was so confused
It's Yorick's ult causing this, specifically when the timer wears off and you "die". It deals 100000 damage to the person in question to take them down, and it's getting mistakenly added to that champion's damage.
