0 KEY FRAGMENTS

Hey guys :)

As title says... here is problem...

I played 30+ games , I have 8 chests and 2 key fragments that I won before those 30 games, and still I cant get last key fragment. No matter how good I play,im usualy 20/5 scores and with minimum 1 or 2 premades, I cant get key fragment for past 30+ games. If anyone could help me, please reply . I'm furious
