PBE account login issues.

I surfed through your PBE account and it seems that someone else got there hands on your PBE account. To prevent these things from happening, I suggest that you use a stronger password and keep your email address secured as well. For more security tips, please see this link.

As for the PBE account recovery option, we will look into your suggestion but make sure to post this here on our player boards here.

**Until there is an ez fix for this, I suggest contacting support and recovering your account (Enter the region of your main/connected account) and asking for help recovering your PBE account. They will help you retrieve it, and regarding the message I received, once you get your log in back PLEASE check your match history and everything else. I found account activity from when I was locked out of my account and had to get further support. Please check so the Riot team has more information and can determine whether a security leak happened. **

---------- ORIGINAL POST; Issue below ------ Many accounts on the PBE board of login issues within the last week+, and as the poll on this report shows, it seems to be a majority... My boyfriend and I also experienced the inability to login to PBE.

The notice says our credentials don't match anything in your system. The PBE account reset does not work - the email never sends. There is no Ticket option for PBE account recovery, and PBE is not listed as a region under account recovery. Creating a new account doesn't work because an active account is still connected to the original account you made it with. Which also tells me the account is still in the system.

Can we get some help for some proper action from Riot on PBE account recovery issues and even more recently, the fact that many players since the URF patch are unable to even login to their PBE accounts?
