Camille Q becomes unusable

During this game, after I bought my GA (while dead) I was unable to Q for the remainder of the match. The skill was gray, like on cool-down, permanently. I reloaded into the game, but that didn't fix the issue. I died again after, but even when returning to life again, the skill was still on CD.
