[GAMEPLAY] Can't TP to Thresh lantern anymore

Needed some help bot lane and ran out of wards to place. Threw lantern down, but top laner claimed that he couldn't TP to it. I figured maybe someone was standing on it, it disappeared before he clicked it, etc., but when we tried it in a custom game it still didn't work. You can still TP to Zac globs and J4 standard, so I'm wondering if this is truly a bug or if I just didn't notice the change to his lantern in patch notes somewhere. Went back to check, but the last nerf to lantern was way back when they took away group shield. Love to know if anyone else has encountered this problem and if I just missed it in patch notes somewhere. Thanks.
