About the Masterwork chest that I bought

I bought 2 masterwork chest and one of the chest was unable to use it but I can press the button so I pressed it and it suddenly disappeared. I can't figure out what I got and for the second chest it was working so I got Gragas caskbreaker. Can u check what happened to my masterwork chest? Addition: before opening the chest I had Fizz and Zed skin.

If you go into your collection tab you can organize skins by when you unlocked them
