Bug deletes runes, clears skins, and changes settings

A couple weeks ago I encountered a bug several times where upon loading the client, all of my rune pages were deleted, some of my settings were reset such as automatically joining voice chat and the chat filter, and things like skins and spells are reset to defaults. I also get pop-up tips as if I'm a new player but this is the least annoying part. After encountering the bug 3 times I came to this discussion and saw a couple posts stating they had the same issue and I added a comment to say that I had also experienced this bug. After about a week I stopped experiencing the bug and figured it had been patched until a couple minutes ago just after a patch. It's been probably 2-3 weeks with numerous posts about it and a couple patches have come and yet this bug is still not fixed.
