Jhin's 4th Shot Bug

When rooted, Jhin for some reason still fires his 4th crit shot in spite of having pressed "S" (stop command). This bug has ruined potential kills in bot lane for me at multiple occasions.

Pressing S doesn't stop your auto-attack. Pressing H does.

I've been using S as a support to stop moving and AA'ing, in the middle of minions.

I've also noticed him being a bit trigger happy when trying to hold an auto with move commands while walking and trying to reach a champ, and then him just firing at the closest minion, on my way to said champ. But I figured Idk all the hotkeys, like focusing champs only ^^
