Gnar's Rage {Mana Bar} glitch?

As you may see I am a main ╭(๑¯д¯๑)╮ and I don't know if I should be talking about this because I'm not a PBE player. I've been playing him and when his Rage Bar is at 99 before red, and I start spamming my W {or anything else} while its turning 100 then I turn into Mega Gnar but my rage bar is yellow, I'm not sure if it should stay like that or it should be fixed.
