Nautilus's Ult stun not occurring?
I ulted an Ezreal twice in one game to try to get a pick on him, and as soon as he hit the ground, he was running. As Nautilus's ult is supposed to stun them for a duration afterward, I was notably distressed.

Nautilus is one of my preferred junglers and I didn't know his ultimate had a stun along with the knockup.
The shame.
As to your question, according to the Wiki:
The stun and knockup on the ability are applied concurrently and not sequentially; the total CC duration on a target is not actually 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds but 1 / 1.5 / 2 seconds.
Basically, the stun is 0/0.5s/1 second in actuality.
