Riot giving up?

Now hear me out, this is not to diss riot, nor to be unfair about what they have done in preseason, But recently playing this game there has been unplayable matches, dc's from people. Still got bug splats, now I'm getting huge bugs in pre season. I don't know if this has always been here but before we go any further here are some problems I have encountered, during load in screen it'd switch between the current patch in the bottom left (patch 5.23........) to VETS. Getting in a game and the map just not wanting to load in ( spikes coming out of the wall) but when I message then telling them about their problem they try to loop it around like something's wrong with my computer? I've gotten numerous bug splats, numerous times game freezing, that's about it. Plz let something. Be done.
